For all true mountain lovers, here is an excursion which combines hiking, bike and lifts and allows you to take a wonderful day trip. Going up with the lifts from Buffaure (Pozza di Fassa), walk along the panoramic ridges that from Col de Valvacin (2354 metres) extend up to Sella Brunech (2428 metres – approx. 1 hour hike). From Sella Brunech reach the Ciampac basin (2152 metres) by chairlift and go down then by cable car to the village of Alba di Canazei, where you can rent bikes to return to the starting point by pedalling along the beautiful cycle path of Val di Fassa (approx. 1 hour by bike).
