The winter season 2024-25 is upon us. Discover everything you can do in the Ciampac ski area in Val di Fassa starting from Thursday 5 December 2024.
SKI SLOPES FOR ALL TASTES: From the ski school camp for beginners, which is equipped with a ski lift and a travelator, to the red slopes and the challenging black slopes. Absolutely not to be missed is the Ciampac black slope, a track that descends in the woods for approx. 2,2 km and reaches a maximum gradient of 56%. Starting from Sella Brunech and alternating black and red slopes, the difference in altitude is almost a thousand metres!
SNOWSHOE TRAIL: A circular route of 3 km in a breathtaking landscape with wooden bridges and unique panoramic points. The route can be done every day on your own or with a mountain guide every Wednesday morning.
PANORAMIC POINT SELLA BRUNECH (2428 metri): With your skis on you can reach the highest point of the Ciampac ski area, from where you can enjoy a 360-degree view of the most beautiful Dolomite peaks of the Val di Fassa, from the Marmolada to the Catinaccio and the Sella Group.
TIMED TRACK: At ski lift Sasso di Rocca there is a free-access timed slalom where you can test yourself and challenge your skiing mates. The track will be open from 21/12/2024 with the following opening hours 10:00-16:00.
GASTRONOMIC OFFER: Ladin and Trentino delicacies in the four mountain refuges of the ski area, all located directly on the ski slopes and easily reachable on foot in just a few minutes. In addition to the local specialties, at Ciampac you will also find fish dishes and an excellent pizza.
CIAMPARK: Playground for the little ones with beautiful wooden games and, snow permitting, a small track for sleds and snow tubes for pleasant slides on the snow.
BEHIND THE SCENES OF SKIING: A truly unique experience to discover the fascinating world of snow making, see the snow cats up close and conclude the activity with an aperitif on the panoramic terrace of the mountain hut. When? Every Thursday starting from the end of December.
TOP EVENTS: This winter the Ciampac ski area also offers afternoon snowshoe hikes at high altitude followed by a tasty aperitif at sunset to enjoy the wonderful colors of Enrosadira in the Dolomites. Another event not to be missed is that of the Trentino Ski Sunrise: on Tuesday 4 March you will have the opportunity to admire the sunrise from the 2428 meters of Sella Brunech, ski down the still intact slope and enjoy a rich breakfast in the refuge.
