WITH APERITIF AT SUNSET
Three unmissable events to experience the magical atmosphere of the Dolomites by snowshoeing in a white landscape and enjoy a rich aperitif on the panoramic terrace of the mountain refuge at sunset. This is the program planned for the three guided snowshoe hikes at Ciampac on Monday 23 December, 6 January and 27 January 2025.
The meeting point is at 2:00 pm at the ticket office of the Ciampac cable car in Alba di Canazei. After meeting the guide, who will accompany you during the entire activity, you will reach in about ten minutes by cable car the Ciampac ski area, a basin of glacial origin nestled among the wonderful Dolomite peaks of Colac, Vernel, Sella Group and Piz Boè.
Snowshoes on and off we go! At an altitude of 2160 meters, an evocative snowshoe hike awaits you in a breathtaking landscape with wooden bridges, white snow and panoramic points that offer a spectacular view of the Sella Group and Crepa Neigra, a mountain of volcanic origin that stands out from the other peaks for its shape and color and makes the panorama of Ciampac truly unique.
The walk will be enriched by the interesting curiosities and precious advice that the guide will reveal to you, thanks to which you will be able to fully experience the mountain, enjoying every detail of it.
And as they say, after duty comes pleasure! After the snowshoe hike which lasts about an hour, a stop at the Crepa Neigra mountain hut for a tasty aperitif is a must, especially if the toast takes place on a panoramic terrace at sunset, when the magical Enrosadira tinges the Dolomites with warm colors. To accompany an excellent glass of wine, the beautiful view of the imposing Sella Group with Piz Boè and mixed platters of cured meats and cheeses that will make the experience even more satisfying.
