A whole day dedicated to well-being to connect with nature and dive into yourself, thanks to the practice of yoga and the magic experience of sound baths. Gongs, ocean drums, drums and many other instruments will make you feel unique emotions and will allow you to get in tune with the Dolomites and everything that surrounds you, thus being able to fully enjoy and appreciate the wonderful natural setting of Ciampac.
In July and in August two unmissable events will be held by Evolution Vigolana ASD, for all those who want to relax and practice yoga in a wonderful scenery like that of Ciampac and enjoy the magical experience of sound baths surrounded by the Dolomites.
Giorgia and Alberto will accompany you for the whole day on this beautiful inner journey, which will begin at 10.00 with the first yoga session and will end at 16.00 with the last sound bath, to greet the mountain all together and conclude in beauty an unforgettable day, completely dedicated to yourself.
Program:
- 10:00-11:00 YOGA AND MYTHS: Let’s rediscover the movements of yoga together thanks to a Greek myth
- 11:00-12:00 SOUND BATH: Let yourself be accompanied on your inner journey by the vibrations of gongs and other ancestral instruments
- 14:00-15:00 YOGA OF THE MERIDIANS: Stretching of the 12 Masunaga meridians of traditional Chinese medicine
- 15:00-16:00 SOUND BATH: Let’s greet the mountains together with a cascade of sounds from gongs and other ancestral instruments
